Shipping & Returns

Please note:  This only apply outside the United States. You may be charged customs duty when your package arrives. This is your responsibility and is not included in our prices.

Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping is based on the weight of purchase and the address it is delivered to. The destination must be a physical address and not a PO Box outside of the United States. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. If the product you order suddenly become out of stock, please allow an addition 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Shoes and clothing may incur a longer processing time.  Please take holidays and weekends into consideration. 

Shipping Option:
* USPS Parcel (2 to 8 business days)
* FedEx Ground (2 to 8 business days)

The following shipping options if available:
* International Economy (2 to 5 business days)

In some cases we may choose to ship your products with an alternative shipping company.

Restrictions by country
We assume no responsibility to whether your country allows adult material or not. Please make sure you research your laws to make sure you do not order anything that is restricted. Again NO aerosols are allowed to be shipped by air. Do NOT order them or it will delay your order from shipping substantially.

Return Policy
1) Absolutely, No return will be considered after 30 business days from delivery date for all our products. 20% Re-stocking Fee and other applicable fees apply for all return for non-defective items.

*** SHOE Return Policy ***
All shoes are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Special ordered shoe sizes and/or colors cannot be returned for any reason. We can NOT accept returns on special-ordered styles and/or colors, unless defective. In case of defects, the same size and color will be exchanged only. Exchanges are made after we receive the return. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping expenses to us. RMA # is required for return.

2) We accept Merchandise Return for Full Refund (after deducting shipping cost both ways) for ONLY Defective item (s) which are not repairable or replaceable by us.

3) If customer claims that an item is found defective upon delivery, customer must accept a replacement brand new unit or item with similar condition from us. If customer decides to cancel the order at that point within 30 business days, customer will be charged 20% of the invoice value for re-packaging and handling / order processing fee, all shipping costs, credit card charges and other applicable costs associated with the transaction. All applicable deductions will be deducted from the refund amount.

4) All approved return products must be in original box, well packaged, resalable and should include all the items shipped with the product. You will be charged for missing items or damaged item. All return products must accompanied with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be issued by us at the time of approval. Return must be made within 5 days from issuing RMA# by us. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. As for all COD return and return without RMA#, your shipment will be rejected at the time of delivery.

5) For all warranty repair, customer must obtain RMA number prior to returning the item to us. Without RMA number, shipment will be rejected. Warranty is void if item is found to be misused, mishandled, disassembled or operated outside the guideline provided in user manual.

6) No refund will be made for products that are opened & used or not in resalable or received in damaged condition (only be determined by us or our appointed third party or shipping company).

7) For all approved return items, we will refund back the amount after all deductions to your credit card or send you refund check within 30 days of returning items according to RMA guideline.

8) Customers must open the box and test the product upon delivery. Customer must report all shipment damages and defective claims within 5 days from delivery. We will not consider and process any shipment damages and defective claim after 5 days from the delivery date. After 5 days, all items will fall under standard product warranty.

9) If any order is placed due to an error/ misunderstanding, you must cancel your order within 24 hours from placing. However, if cancellation is requested after 24 hours, you will be charged a 3% order processing & documentation Fee. If item is already shipped and refused by customer, shipment are subject to 20% re-packaging & handling free, credit card charges as well as deduction of shipping cost for both ways. The deducted amount will be adjusted from refund amount. No exception will be made.
